Sanclarity AI
Building the Intelligence Layer for Modern Finance.
Sanclarity AI is an artificial intelligence company building reasoning-centric infrastructure for institutional intelligence, financial intelligence, corporate intelligence, financial forensics and research.
Financial decisions are made against fragmented evidence. The material sits across filings, registries, transcripts, presentations and market data, in formats that resist comparison, and the work of assembling it consumes the time that should go to judgement.
Sanclarity AI builds the layer in between: extraction and entity resolution into a connected graph, financial reasoning over that structure, and an evidence trail attached to every conclusion. The analyst keeps the judgement. The platform does the assembly — and shows its work.
A conclusion without a traceable source is not intelligence. The evidence layer is the product, not a feature of it.
Financial reasoning runs over a resolved entity graph, not over loose text, so the same question returns the same answer.
The platform holds weak claims back for review rather than publishing them confidently.
Financial forensic analyst with a focus on tracking offshore movements, shell entities, irregularities in unlisted-company books and complex transaction structures. Specialises in valuation of unlisted and pre-IPO companies, forensic financial analysis, transaction tracing and identifying relationships that are not immediately visible from surface-level disclosures.
As Chief AI Officer and Head of Research he sets Sanclarity's research direction and the methodology behind its financial reasoning systems — evidence-backed reasoning, entity resolution, knowledge-graph structure, investigative workflow design, source attribution, model evaluation and research quality control, and how those translate into intelligence products.
Co-Founder of Sanclarity AI since June 2026, and Managing Director of Haulmount International since April 2022. His background is in strategic planning, project management and delivery — working to client goals and design vision across commercial, residential, hospitality and institutional projects, with responsibility for budgets, timelines and execution.
As Chief Executive Officer and Head of Business Operations he carries that operational discipline into company strategy: commercial development, business development, enterprise relationships, resource allocation, organisational coordination and the processes the business scales on.
